Guidelines on the admission of in-patients (non-emergency)

  • Presence of the patients and their entourage in the admission unit
  • Presenting the doctor's order for admission
  • Presenting the ID card
  • Presenting the insurance card
  • Presenting the letter of introduction from the supplementary insurance
  • Coordinating with relevant wards (by the admission personnel)
  • Presenting the financial unit confirmation

  • Allocating a bed number in the respective ward (by the admission personnel)
  • Controlling the contents of the admission card, file, and ID wristband (by the patients and their entourage)
  • Transferring the patients to the respective ward (by a patient carrier)

Important points during admission

  • While admitting women for obstetrics and gynecology surgeries, the husband must be present while holding his ID card.
  • While admitting children, the father (with his ID card) or the legal guardian (with the legal order) must be present.

Important information

  • The admission unit is active 24/7. In-patient admission is active from 7 to 19:30, and emergency admission is active from 19:30 t0 7.
  • The entourage can accompany the patient if permitted by the doctor and head nurse and after receiving the entourage card.
  • The fee charged only covers the pre-payment, and the sum of the costs (doctor’s and hospital's fee) will be announced by the respective unit upon discharge.
  • The entrance of individuals aged under 18 years to admission wards is prohibited, even within visit hours.
